payment We accept payment by paypal, cheque, cash or postal order in pound sterling. Payment must be made in full before delivery can be made. A deposit will be required for commissions with the balance to be made in full before delivery is made.

online payment We accept secure online payment using any of the following credit cards: MasterCard, Delta, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro (domestic), Solo and JCB.

paying by cheque Please make cheques payable to Jacqueline Harold, and write your card number, issue date, expiry date on the reverse. If paying by cheque, please allow 7-10 days for clearance.

paying by cash If paying by cash, please send by Royal Mail special delivery to ensure safe arrival.

overseas customers For our customers overseas, please email for details on how to order and for postage and packaging charges.

postage and packaging All Jacqueline Harold jewellery is packaged in exclusive Jacqueline Harold gift packaging and comes with its own gift card. Please allow Ł5 for postage and packaging for orders delivered within the U.K. by Royal Mail Special Delivery. A signature will be required on receipt. Orders totalling Ł200 and over qualify for free delivery. For our overseas customers please contact us for postage and packaging charges.

delivery Due to the nature of the work please allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery although delivery is often sooner. We make all of the jewellery by hand and only make to order. If you need something urgently please contact us and we will do our best to help!

pricing and descriptions We reserve the right to alter prices and products listed on our website without any notice and at our discretion. We also reserve the right to cancel any sale. In the unlikely event that your order is cancelled a full refund will be made. Commissions and personalised orders are non returnable. Due to the hand crafted nature of the work, each individual piece may vary slightly from images shown on the website. All measurements shown are approximate.

guarantee and returns Whilst we are positive that you will be happy with your order, jewellery can be returned or exchanged within 7 days with proof of purchase and providing the item has not been worn and the item and packaging is in perfect condition. All returns must be posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery to: Jacqueline Harold, Field House, Stanley Road, Stanley Moor, Staffordshire, ST5 9LI Commissions and personalised orders are non returnable and are excluded from our returns policy.
